The Chamber of Marine Industries of Sri Lanka joins ICOMIA

ICOMIA, International Council of Marine Industry Associations, is delighted to welcome The
Chamber of Marine Industries of Sri Lanka as a full member.
The Chamber of Marine Industries of Sri Lanka was established to act on behalf of the entire
industry and foster a favourable marine business climate in Sri Lanka by creating and
widening business opportunities in new markets and engaging with the wider international
marine community.
In order to prioritise their integration into the global marine economy they work to improve
institutional and regulatory environments which will in turn lead to better business and
government dialogue. By acting on behalf of the industry and representing all stakeholders this
will ultimately provide advanced technology and better services to their members. For more
