Ricky Barnett is the Director and CEO of Hayleys Energy Services Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, with 20 years of experience in energy, logistics, aviation, tech, and more. He is also the head of Energy Logistics at Hayleys Advantis and the Director for International Expansion for Marine & Energy Operations. He is also a co-chairman of the Advisory Committee of Export Development Board’s Marine & Offshore Services, and sub-commttee member for Skills Development in the same sector under the EDB. Ricky holds multiple qualifications, including a Fellow (FCIM) and Chartered Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), an MSc in Digital Transformation Leadership, an MBA, and chartered memberships in Marketing and Management. With this, he is also the recipient of several awards for leadership, business excellence, and best business success story for conceptualizing and implementing new business at the Hayleys Group.
